Grand Forks School District Associate Superintendent Accepts Superintendent Job in Hawley

(KNOX) – Grand Forks Public Schools associate superintendent has accepted the superintendent job in Hawley. Associate Superintendent Catherine Gillach will be the superintendent in Hawley Public Schools.

After a specially called school board meeting this week, board members voted 7-0 to extend an offer to Gillach. She said that she verbally accepted the offer and that she is proud to have the opportunity to serve the in the Hawley District.

The Hawley Public Schools District is formulating the formal offer and that the superintendent position would start on July 1st of next year.

Gillach has served as the associate superintendent of secondary education since 2018 and has been with the Grand Forks School District since 2012.
