A 39 year old man was arrested Saturday morning in connection with a reported sexual assault the previous night.
Fargo police were called to a local hospital where the victim said the attack took place in an apartment of the same complex they both lived in. The FPD says the suspect was identified as Travis Holt of Fargo.
Police used a SWAT Team to assist in making the arrest due to Holt’s criminal history. Holt initially resisted arrest and the SWAT Team deployed gas and less lethal ammunition.
Holt eventually was arrested shortly before 7:00 a.m. was charged with Aggravated Assault, Felony Trespassing, Forced Gross Sexual Imposition and Kidnapping.
