
The latest Grand Forks Health Officer’s Dashboard shows the county had 107 new COVID-19 cases in the week ending Thursday. That’s nine fewer than the previous week… and 20 more than two weeks ago.
According to CDC Community Levels…Grand Forks County is currently low…while the CDC Community Transmission Level for the County is high.
Grand Forks County reports no new cases of influenza in the last week. The County has had 1,083 cases to date.
More than 26,000 County residents have received the flu vaccine… or 35 percent of the population.
As for North Dakota, the state had 104 new flu cases in the last week for a season total of 10,800.
Seven people were hospitalized in the state, for a total so far of 385.
There were no flu-related deaths. The death toll remains at 31.
