(KNOX) – A 41-year-old Northern Minnesota man will spend more than 12 years in prison for sexually abusing a child.
Michael Allen Hanson of Duluth was sentenced in St.Louis County to 150 months behind bars and lifetime conditional release, after a jury found him guilty on three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Prosecutors say Hanson repeatedly had sex with a child under 13 between 2018 and 2020. Hanson was also convicted of criminal sexual conduct in 2005.
