(KNOX) – A 25-year-old Fargo man was arrested Wednesday morning after 8:00, as the Red River SWAT was activated. Jeremiah Hunter was arrested after Fargo Police received a report of a man having a knife.
Fargo police were made aware of a disturbance Wednesday morning after 5:00 at a residence on the 2600th block of 15th Street South. Hunter had an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault, and he refused to leave the residence.
The Red River SWAT was activated, and they used a flash sound diversion device in order to arrest Hunter. Officers ended up evacuating residents in nearly units.
Hunter is now facing terrorizing charges, on top of his outstanding warrant.
