(KNOX) – According to tribal officials a juvenile male suspect has been arrested in connection with a homicide that occurred Sunday on the Spirit Lake Reservation,.
The victim has been identified as Jesse Davis, the Spirit Lake Tribal Council said.
The Fort Totten Bureau of Indian Affairs Police Department, in coordination with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, is actively investigating the incident that was reported January 11th.
The suspect has been apprehended and is currently in custody, officials said.
