Duluth Man Arrested in East Grand Forks

(KNOX) – Court records said that a man has been charged with damage to property and threats of violence in Polk County District Court.

Jacob Reynolds, 34, of Duluth is facing felony charges after allegedly damaging property at an East Grand Forks business and threatening a police officer during his arrest.

The East Grand Forks police department responded for a reported property damage incident. The officer noticed that one of the glass doors to the building had been completely shattered with multiple rocks around the door and inside the building.

Reynolds was arrested and placed in a police car for transport to the Northwest Regional Corrections Center. During the ride, Reynolds made several aggressive comments to the officer.

Reynolds also has pending charges in Minnesota. His next court appearance is scheduled for December 9th.
