(KNOX) – A federal judge has ordered the 18-year-old man accused of planning a terrorist attack at the Mall of America to stay in custody as his case is moving forward. Sheikhdoon Abdullahi Mohamud was arrested October 6th and federal prosecutors say he was planning a mass shooting during a Hmong arts celebration that is scheduled for this Saturday. He apparently was planning to shoot and kill at least 30 to 60 people.
