(KNOX) –A 69-year-old Nielsville woman was hurt in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Polk County. The crash happened north of Climax at the intersection of Tynsid Township at 2:30pm.
The Minnesota State Patrol says a 37-year-old driver from Chicago was in a pickup going west on County Road 9, when it collided with an SUV going south on Highway 220.
Barbara Snyder was driving the SUV and she was taken to Altru Hospital for non life threatening injuries. The pickup driver, Factor Jacinto, was not hurt.
There were wet roads when the crash happened, and alcohol is not believed to have been involved at all for either driver.
