(KNOX/Learfield) – Elon Musk’s artificial intelligence company xAI is trying again to block Minnesota’s new AI “nudification” law. The company is asking the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals to stop it while its legal challenge continues. xAI believes the law is unconstitutional, even though a federal judge denied the company’s request for an injunction. Minnesota’s new law does not allow users of technology platforms to generate realistic, sexualized images of people without their consent.
