In North Dakota, the statewide average is $4.19 for regular, while premium is at $5.13. In Minnesota, the statewide average is $4.23 for regular, while premium is at $5.19. Diesel is over $6 in both states.
In Grand Forks, regular is at $4.13, as premium is $4.95 and diesel is at $6.18. In Polk County, regular is at $4.19, while premium is $5.06 and diesel is $5.89.
Minnesota ranks 24th in the nation for highest gas prices, while North Dakota ranks 30th.
