(KNOX/KFGO) –A 59-year-old Jamestown man was arrested for terrorizing after officers were called to a report of a man waving a gun around a grocery store.
Jamestown Police say they received a call claiming that Danyel Lund was waving the gun around and asking to speak with a manager. The incident happened on Tuesday at 5pm.
As officers were responding, they received reports that Lund was at a nearby liquor store. Police say they found Lund was disarmed by an employee and was intoxicated. They also determined the gun was a BB gun.
Lund was arrested and taken to the Stutsman County Correctional Center. Police say they are still investigating and additional charges could be filed.
