(KNOX/KFGO) – A man from the Democratic Republic of Congo appeared in federal court in Fargo on Monday, as he is accused of stealing more than $113,000 in a business email scam.
32-year-old Nicolas Mondani Oleko faces charges of wire fraud and bank fraud. Federal investigators allege Oleko defrauded an auction business while living in North Dakota. The case is being investigated by the FBI.
