(KNOX) – A 46-year-old Grand Forks County man was seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash in Traill County.
The highway patrol said the man was driving a Ford Step Van westbound on North Dakota Highway 18 near Clifford when he collided with an eastbound Kenworth truck and trailer.
The front left of the Ford hit the front left of the Kenworth and continued along the left side of the truck. Both vehicles came to rest in a ditch.
The driver of the Ford a resident of Grand Forks Air Force Base, was taken by Sanford AirMed to Sanford Hospital in Fargo.
The driver of the Kenworth, a 42-year-old Larimore resident, was not hurt. Both men were using their seat belts, the road was ice covered.
