A 62-year old Devils Lake man has been sentenced to 20 years in jail on six counts of gross sexual imposition. A jury in February found Howard Studhorse guilty of engaging in sexual acts with a juvenile female. The judge in Ramsey County handed down a 30 year sentence this week – but suspended ten years. He was given credit for 849 days already served. Upon release he will be on probation for an additional ten years.
