A two vehicle crash on the I-94 bridge over the Red River in Moorhead has claimed the life of a 21-year old Breckenridge (MN) woman. The Minnesota State Patrol says Shalie Lipp was a passenger in a car that collided with an SUV around 11:30 Sunday morning. Both vehicles were heading east at the time of the accident. Details surrounding the crash were not made available. No other injuries were reported.

A 32-year old man from Wichita (KS) was killed in a two vehicle crash south of Minot over the weekend. The North Dakota Patrol says Nguon Ha was heading north on Highway 83 and made a turn in front of a south bound SUV shortly after 11:30 Saturday morning. Ha’s vehicle burst into flames. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The 25-year old driver of the SUV – as well as two passengers – all suffered minor injuries.

A McVille woman was seriously injured when she rolled her vehicle on Highway 15 east of Pekin (ND) Friday night. According to the North Dakota Patrol 33 year old Sarah Presnell was heading west when she drove off the road and rolled into the south ditch. The accident occurred just after 7:00 p.m. The NDHP says Presnell was ejected and transported to the hospital. The 2005 GMC Sierra came to a rest on its wheels and caught fire. The accident remains under investigation.
