
The Grand Forks Park Board has named George Hellyer as the successor to current Executive Director Bill Palmiscno. At a recent board meeting members selected Hellyer – one of two finalists for the post. Hellyer currently serves as Superintendent of Finance. He will assume his new duties June 1st. Palmiscno is retiring after spending 47 with the Park District. He was named the Executive Director in 2013.
