(KNOX) – Out of 19 Grand Forks businesses checked for alcohol compliance by Grand Forks Police… 13 businesses passed.
Compliance checks are conducted with youth who are under 21 years of age. They enter an establishment under the supervision of a police officer. The underage youth attempt to purchase alcohol while not concealing their age.
If a sale is refused, the business passes the check.
If a sale is completed, appropriate enforcement action is taken.
The businesses who passed includes Rhombus Pizza, Charlies, Kaizen, Sledsters, Brick and Barley, Bonzers, Broken Drum, Rock Bottle Shop, Hilton Garden Inn, Buffalo Wild Wings, Ground Round, Charros and Tequila, and Southtown Pour House.
