Three individuals living on the Red Lake Indian Reservation in northwest Minnesota have been found guilty of felony child neglect.
The U.S. Attorney’s office says the acts occurred between 2022 and 2023. Authorities say 55-year old Robin Roy…29-year old Nicole Roy…and 36 year old Harrison Dudley Sr. willfully deprived minor victims of food…clothing…shelter…health and supervision resulting in physical…mental…and emotional harm.
The ruling followed a six day trial before a U.S. District Judge. Nicole Roy and Dudley were also found guilty of child endangerment. Sentencing hearings will be scheduled at a later date.
