Minnesota Supreme Court Justice G. Barry Anderson is calling it quits after 25 years on the bench. The retiring Anderson will leave the state’s high court in May.
In a prepared statement Governor Tim Walz said Justice Anderson is leaving the court stronger because of his commitment to the rule of law and the institution itself.
Walz will announce the application process for the vacancy in the coming weeks.
