East Grand Forks will work with AE2S on plans that would allow American Crystal Sugar to send a portion of their wastewater through the city system – and ultimately to the Grand Forks sewage lagoons. The analysis will help determine needed infrastructure…rates…and to ensure compliance with state and local regulations. The memorandum of understanding – or MOU – reimburses the city for the cost of the study estimated to be just over $53,000 dollars.
