North Dakota Democratic Senate candidate Katrina Christiansen says she and her family survived a traffic crash over the weekend.
The Jamestown engineering professor released a message on her campaign Facebook: “Another car was attempting to pass a semi and hit us. We are all okay because of the volunteer Plankinton Fire & Rescue’s efforts. This rural fire and rescue department saved the day.”
Plankinton is located in southeastern South Dakota.
