A 31-year old West Fargo man entered a not guilty plea on Wednesday to the August killing his wife.
Spencer Moen claims “Sonja” fell asleep in the bathtub and was unresponsive when he checked on her. Investigators say she had significant bruising on the left side of her face and forehead and that her eyes appeared to be swollen shut. An autopsy showed that the woman died of blunt force trauma to the head and had at least one broken rib.
Moen will be back in court on January 10th.
