The deaths of three men in Roseville (MN) on Saturday have been ruled a double homicide and suicide according to the Ramsey County Medical Examiner’s office. A fourth victim remains hospitalized in stable condition.
Police were called to an apartment for a welfare check. Authorities say it appears as if a man identified as 32-year old Meng Vang attacked the other men before taking his own life. All the victims were in their early 30’s.
A motive has not been identified. Roseville police says initial indications suggest hallucinogenic drugs may have been a contributing factor.
