Grand Forks Police say a high-risk sex offender living in the city has a new address.
Thirty-four-year-old Steven Korb lives at 1000 North 42nd Street.
The North Dakota Sex Offender Registry says Kolb was convicted in 2010 for having sex with a 14-year-old female.
The GFPD notifies the public on the whereabouts of sex offenders to comply with state laws. So-called Level Three (High Risk) offenders are contacted at least every 30 days to verify their status.
There are currently 110 offenders registered with the GFPD who either live, work or attend school within the City of Grand Forks. Twelve are currently assigned a risk level of HIGH.
