The Grand Forks School Board will be asked next week to approve athletic director appointments for Central and Red River.
An interview team is recommending Tony Bina fill the slot at Central and Tyler Nelson hold the job at Red River.
Bina is currently the Associate Principal for Red River High School. Nelson is the Activities Director for Red River High School.
The selections follow a reorganization of the athletic department including the hiring of Michael Biermaier as District Activities Director.
A statement from UND’s Educational Leadership Program says former school district A-D Mark Rerick will assume a role as assistant tenure track professor for Kinesiology.
The school board meets Monday at 5:30 p.m.
