The Grand Forks County Commission on Tuesday voted to drop the mask mandate for county buildings and property. Visitors will no longer need face coverings to enter the building but they are recommended for those who are not vaccinated against COVID-19.
According to the Grand Forks Health Department 48.7% of the vaccine eligible population have taken the shot.
The move also impacts the fairgrounds and River Cities Speedway.
