(KNOX) – UND students and alumni have been celebrating homecoming all week on campus, and it continues this weekend with the homecoming parade and numerous sports events. As the university recorded its highest ever enrollment for a semester this fall, one new freshman has been enjoying her first homecoming as a UND student. Josie Ostrem is a double major in Communications and Marketing, and she likes how people have been connecting with each other.
Ostrem also says that homecoming week is a good way for students to get to know each other, and help manage the stress that comes with college.
She is looking forward to how this weekend will go, and she expects to see a lot of school spirit continue.
After the Saturday morning homecoming parade, the UND Football team will play at 1pm, while UND Hockey plays Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 3pm. UND Soccer and Softball each play on Sunday.
