(KNOX) – The Sorlie Bridge located on Demers Avenue between Grand Forks and East Grand Forks will be down to one lane starting today. The lane closure is expected to last for three weeks.
The lane closure will allow North Dakota Department of Transportation crews to finish a project that will work on bridge maintenance.
There will be traffic signals on both ends of the bridge, and drivers should expect delays. The traffic signal at the intersection of Demers Avenue and 3rd Street will be off during the lane closure so vehicles can line up at the bridge.
