(KNOX/Valley News Live) –Altru Health System has named Heather Strandell as its new chief operating officer. She will start in the role on September 7th and will have executive oversight over inpatient and outpatient operations.
She has 30 years of healthcare experience and has worked within Altru leadership since 2004, She was the executive director of the North Region Health Alliance before joining Altru.
Strandell graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota and a lean certification from Villanova University.
