(KNOX) – The Town Square Farmers Market is possibly considering having its events at indoor locations. Research from an early stage feasibility study is being done to see what a realistic indoor facility could look like.
Blue Weber has been involved in the early stages and there could be a spot in the downtown area to have a growing farmers market.
This research will be going on for about two years, and five potential sites are being looked at. It would eventually be cut down to two options for the official report.
The Town Square Farmers Market was given $53,000 by the Community Foundation of Grand Forks, East Grand Forks and Region that is meant to help with this project.
