(KNOX) – The Grand Forks Public Information Center says that drivers going eastbound on Demers Avenue will be unable to access the 4th Avenue South exit ramp starting on Wednesday, June 17.
Crews will be replacing concrete panels at the entrance of the ramp, and the ramp is expected to reopen on Friday, June 19.
