(KNOX) – Early numbers suggest heavy support for Julie Fedorchak in her run for re-election to the U.S. House of Representatives, as well as support for Measure 1.

With just over 27,000 votes counted, Fedorchak has 72.5% of the vote for the Republican position on the U.S. House ballot over challenger Alex Balazs.

Measure 1 has just under 67% support for a “yes” vote, which would limit constitutional measures to one issue.

The Public Service Commission race between Jill Kringstad and Chris Olson was very close early in the night, but Kringstad has developed a lead by 6  percentage points.

No local results for Grand Forks County have been reported as of this update.

Ronald Jurgens has won his race for Walsh County Sheriff, while Amy Suda and Craig Jarolimek won Walsh County Commission seats.
