Moorhead police say that a black bear was spotted in the MSU-Moorhead and Concordia neighborhoods Saturday morning. The bear did not exhibit aggressive behavior.
The Minnesota DNR says they are slowly expanding their range west and south of Becker County, where they are considered a native species.
