(KNOX) – It’s East Grand Forks turn to toss out extra trash. Resident Spring Cleanup week runs May 18th-22nd.
Homeowners can place extra items out for crews to haul away “free” on the regularly scheduled Street Maintenance Day.
In a social media post the East Grand Forks Police Department has issued a reminder that removing or collecting items from another person’s property or curbside pile without authorization is considered scavenging and prohibited under City Code.
A Hazardous Waste & Electronic Drop Off Event is scheduled for May 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the EGF Public Works Building.
Grand Forks staged its cleanup campaign last week.
