(KNOX) – Grand Forks International Airport’s Allegiant service to Las Vegas to go on hiatus in May
The suspension is not the result of the merger of Allegiant and Sun Country, but company adjustments, according to GFK.
Allegiant Airlines has seen less people flying to Las Vegas and the company has stopped some flights.
Allegiant’s numbers between Grand Forks and Las Vegas are down about 20 percent.
The hope is that the flight will return to GFK in the fall.
