(KNOX) – School boundaries in Grand Forks have been established by the board.
The new lines will go into place for the 2026-2027 school year. The guidelines are being worked out and should be in place by the end of summer.
The Grand Forks School Board will hold a work session on Thursday, August 14, to hammer out the particulars of the boundaries.
The boundary line changes were necessitated for a multitude of factors, including the growing of population between the schools.
The maps are just a draft for potential prospective boundary lines that the board has agreed on. As of yet no final action has been made by the Grand Forks School Board.
