(KNOX) – The city councils of Grand Forks and East Grand Forks met for information on the “Safe Streets for All” plan as implementation looms.
It was the first joint meeting in three years for the two city councils across the river in two different states.
Grand Forks and East Grand Forks also met to provide updates on the wastewater sewer interconnection and the Red River Valley Water Supply project.
