(KNOX) – A Grand Forks man is accused of possessing methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana with intent to deliver.
Marcus Robertson, 42, is facing three felonies after police allegedly found a little more than 1.5 pounds of methamphetamine, half a pound of marijuana and .02 pounds of cocaine in his vehicle.
According legal records the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force assisted the Grand Forks Police Department on a follow-up investigation at the police department’s impound yard.
Next up for Robertson, he is due court. That has been scheduled for 9 a.m. August 11th.
