(KNOX) – The highway patrol said that a Fort Ransom man was arrested after a multi county on Interstate 29.
The vehicle was reported to be swerving and not allowing others to pass.
The highway patrol found the vehicle near mile marker 111 on I-29. The vehicle failed to stop and exited at mile marker 118 and then merged back to northbound I-29.
At mile marker 130 troopers were able to spike the vehicle and stop the driver.
Arrested was 53 year-old Kevin Anderson. Who is facing various charges.
The Grand Forks County and Trail County Sheriff’s Offices assisted the highway patrol.
