(KNOX) – North Dakota Governor Kelly Armstrong was in Grand Forks Tuesday.
The governor was part of a summit at the Energy and Environmental Research Center on the UND Campus.
“EERC is a very good example of North Dakota, like not bragging about itself. Like it is truly is a world leader in this space,” said Armstrong.
Armstrong said that he was very happy to have the opportunity to speak in Grand Forks.
“In advancing those technologies that are incredibly important to every single citizen in North Dakota in some degree or another. So when they asked me to come down here and talk about things that I am passionate about, I jump at the chance,” Armstrong said.
