(KNOX) – According to court records a Grand Forks man who was under investigation for narcotics by the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force was pulled over with seven different forms of drugs, two firearms and a large amount of cash, the documents said.
The documents said that the Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force and the Grand Forks County Sheriff’s Office pulled over 43-year-old Stephen Lang on Interstate-29 near Thompson.
The records indicate that that they obtained probable cause to search the vehicle and found about 11 grams of Fentanyl, 1.6 Grams of Methamphetamine, and $4,000 in cash hidden with the Fentanyl in the center console.
The Narcotics Task Force then conducted a consent search in Grand Forks, where they found 1.1 grams of suspected Heroin, 9 dosage units of acid, 8.4 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, several units of suboxone, 7 vacuum-sealed bags of Marijuana, two firearms, $9,900 in cash, digital scales, and designer baggies.
Lang was charged with Possession with Intent to deliver for the fentanyl and marijuana, five charges of possession of a controlled substance, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of stolen property for one of the firearms found.
