(KNOX) – According to court documents a judge is looking at a motion to have evidence tossed out in a Grand Forks case.

Travis Bell has been charged with criminal vehicular injury and criminal vehicular homicide.

He is facing 20 years in prison if convicted on the most serious charge.

A  June crash killed a six-year-old and  severely injured her mother.

Court records indicate that the victims were at a traffic single near the Grand Forks International Airport when Bell rear-ended them.
