(KNOX) – According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol car-pedestrian accident left one dead in Cass County this week.
Robyn Krause, 36, of Fargo, was crossing a street in Fargo when she was hits by a car.
The driver of the car, 23 year-old Alex Cruz of Fargo, did not stop and fled the scene of the crash.
Krause latter died at a Fargo Hospital.
Cruse has been charged with felony leaving the scene of a fatal accident.
