(KNOX) – Crews will begin the construction on the underpass at the 42nd Street and Demers Avenue Intersection in Grand Forks this coming Monday, April 20th.
The initial phase of this underpass project will have minimal impacts to traffic on both 42nd Street and Demers Avenue.
Larger impacts to traffic will occur later this summer.
This is the beginning of a 2 year project that will result in 42nd Street having an underpass under both Demers Avenue and the railroad crossing.
