(KNOX) – Polls in Grand Forks for early voting in the 2024 Election will be open inside the Alerus Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, October 29 through Friday, November 1… and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, November 2.
On Election Day, there will be four designated election sites in Grand Forks, including the Alerus Center; the ICON Arena/Park District Office on 47th Avenue South; Runnings, the former Home of Economy, on North Washington; and Hope Church on 17th Avenue South.
Grand Forks County is in need of election workers for both early voting and Election Day. You must be a U.S. Citizen, a resident of Grand Forks County, and you must be at least 18 years old.

Ballot boxes in East Grand Forks are open on Election Day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The first ward votes in the Senior Citizens Center on Rhinehart Drive Southeast;
The second ward votes in the Training Room of East Grand Forks City Hall, first floor; and
The third, fourth, and fifth wards enter at door number 2 at East Grand Forks High School on Fourth Avenue Northwest.
At stake are council membership in Wards 1, 3 and 5.
The mayor…and an at-large council member will be for all wards.
The will be special elections for two ballot questions for a proposed local sale and use tax.
