(KNOX) -The 2024 recipient of the Jay Seegar Service to Mankind Award is Bob Stocker.
Bob has volunteered in Grand Forks and East Grand Forks for many years. He and his wife Marge serve meals once a week at the Mission.
The award was presented to Bob Stocker Tuesday, October 1st.
The Jay Seegar Service to Mankind Award is presented each year by the Sertoma Club to a non-club member.
It is the highest honor that the Sertoma Club can bestow on someone.
The award has been given out by the Sertoma Club since 1962
