(KNOX) – Potato Bowl USA Week continues through Saturday.
Wednesday features the Hugo’s Potato Bowl Golf Tournament at 11 a.m. at Valley Golf Course.
Thursday includes a Baked Potato Bar from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at all Hugo’s locations, then the World’s Largest French Fry Feed begins at 4 p.m. in University Park.
The Baked Potato Bar continues at Hugo’s on Friday the 13th, the UND Fan Luncheon is at 11:30 a.m. inside the Alerus Center, and swimming races at 5:30 p.m. at Choice Health and Fitness.
Saturday brings the KEM Shrine Potato Bowl Parade through downtown at 9 a.m., and the 58th annual Potato Bowl USA game at 1 p.m. between the University of North Dakota Fighting Hawks and Idaho State.
