(KNOX) – Altru, Safe Kids Grand Forks, the city of Grand Forks and the Grand Forks Sheriff’s Office are hosting a drive-up, drop off Medication Take Back Day, September 17, 9 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in the parking lot by Perkins, located at 1375 S. Columbia Road.
Bring any unused or expired medications (including pills, creams, inhalers, patches, liquids and even pet meds) in their original container to the drop-off event to have them properly disposed
of. Medications can be OTC or prescription. Labels can be left on the medications as they will simply be incinerated.
