(KNOX) – West Fargo city planning documents say that Kwik Trip has redevelopment plans at the former Alerus Financial building located at 901 13th Avenue East. A site plan shows a redevelopment purpose of building a gas station and convenience store.
Kwik Trip Inc. is listed as both the owner and applicant for a retracement plat to combine lots at 901 13th Avenue East and 990 14th Avenue East into one lot that will be 176,802 square feet.
The West Fargo Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the proposal earlier this month, and it is being sent to the City Commission in order to receive final approval. The city says it hasn’t issued any building permits for the property.
